Channel Construction to Cause Traffic Diversions on Jalan Swadaya

Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) is about to detour traffic at Jalan Swadaya, Pondok Ranggon Urban Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta on Friday (7/28), to allow for the water channel construction.

Road users can adjust to the deviations, obey the traffic signs and instructions from officers

East Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency Head, Reny Dwi Astuti said, based on a release issued by the Dishub, traffic diversion will be applied from July 28 to December 15, 2023.

He explained vehicles from the east side of Jalan Kramat Ganceng heading west to TNI Headquarters and Cilangkap are diverted via Jalan Raya Pondok Ranggon - Jalan Sapi Perah - Jalan Cilangkap Baru - Jalan Raya Cilangkap.

Vehicles from the west side of TNI Headquarters and Cilangkap heading east towards Jalan Kramat Ganceng and Jalan Raya Pondok Ranggon are diverted via Jalan Raya Cilangkap - Jalan Cilangkap Baru - Jalan Sapi Perah - Jalan Raya Pondok Ranggon.

Vehicles from the east side of Jalan Kramat Ganceng heading head west to Munjul, Cibubur Market and Jalan Raya Bogor are diverted via Jalan Raya Pondok Ranggon - Jalan Sapi Perah - Jalan Raya Munjul.

Vehicles from the west side of Munjul and Cibubur Market heading east to Jalan Kramat Ganceng can go via Jalan Raya Munjul - Jalan Sapi Perah - Jalan Raya Pondok Ranggon.

As for the diversion of public transport routes T.15 (Cililitan - Pondok Ranggon), it is diverted via Jalan Raya Munjul - Jalan Sapi Perah - Jalan Raya Pondok Ranggon, and turns around at Jalan Kramat Ganceng Intersection.

"We hope that road users can adjust to the deviations, obey the traffic signs and instructions from officers and prioritize road safety," he stated.
